Overall Responsibilities

To receive and process customer orders, enquiries, and/or support the Sales Team in administrative duties

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To receive and process sales orders from customers
  • To support the Sales Department via processing sales order under corporate accounts
  • To prepare delivery orders and invoices
  • To answer phone enquiries pertaining to products and sales
  • To liaise with relevant departments (e.g. Production and Logistics) to ensure customers’ requirement are met

Job Specifications

Education/Certifications

  • GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ or ‘A’ level/ITE in Business Studies

Working Experience

  • Preferably 1-3 years of Telesales/Administration/Customer Service working experience in related industries

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • To be computer literate and having experience in SAP is an added advantage
  • To demonstrate ability to handle work independently and be self-motivated
  • To have outgoing personality with sales-oriented focus
  • To be able to interact with colleagues and customers at all levels

Working Condition

  • 5.5 day work-week, alternate Saturday off
  • Working in production-like environment
  • Working in fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in Jurong, with company shuttle provided from MRT
